Led by Benjamin Pautrat Gramatchi and Vladislav Gramatchi, the company carries on their father’s legacy while bringing the vision of a new generation: rigour, transparency and ambition. Our teams are trilingual — we work fluently in French, English and Russian.

Based in Paris and present in Monaco, we work throughout France. Our organisation lets us deploy teams anywhere in the country while maintaining the same standard of quality and follow-up. We work discreetly, on occupied sites as well as private residences, with transparent communication at every stage of the works.

Our story

Thirty years ago, our father laid his first trowel on the Riviera. No development plan, no slogan: a trade learnt on the job, a word kept, and clients who came back.

The company grew project after project, carried by word of mouth among a demanding clientele — villas in Cap-Martin, Monegasque apartments, summer residences throughout France.

Today, Benjamin Pautrat Gramatchi and Vladislav Gramatchi lead GRM France. They grew up on these sites. They learnt the same thing there: anything less than flawless has to be done again.
