Duplex renovation

200 m² duplex — Gambetta district

Lille

Complete renovation of a 200 m² duplex in the Gambetta district, entirely rethought to modernise the spaces, improve circulation and create coherence between the two levels. GRM FRANCE supported the project from design to completion: restructuring of the entrance, the living space and the open kitchen on the ground floor, and a fully redesigned bathroom upstairs. Bespoke joinery was fitted throughout the duplex — bookcase, TV unit, study area, storage and decorative elements.
