Second floor of an Art Deco building untouched since the 1980s. Herringbone parquet sanded and sealed, period mouldings preserved, radiators, doors, handles and light fittings retained. A neutral palette: oak, walnut, brass, marble. A load-bearing wall removed on the living side; on the sleeping side, an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom and a gym within the master suite.
