House renovation

Complete renovation of a 350 m² villa on the heights of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, with sea views over the bay of Monaco. Untouched since the 1980s, the property was entirely rethought to give it a contemporary interior while preserving the Mediterranean character of the building. GRM FRANCE supported the project from design to handover: restructuring of the spaces, choice of materials and execution of every trade, façade and exteriors included. On the ground floor, a large open space brings together the lounge, the dining room and a solid walnut kitchen with a natural stone island; the staircase was entirely redrawn. Upstairs, the bathrooms combine green marble, a double shower in fluted stone and bronze taps, and every bedroom was rethought with bespoke walnut-veneer joinery. Walnut, marble, natural stone and polished concrete create a warm, coherent atmosphere throughout the villa.
